GURUGRAM: The state division of city and nation planning (DTCP) reshuffled its key posts on Monday, transferring senior city planner Sanjeev Mann to Hisar and district city planner (enforcement) RS Batth to Karnal.
Narendra Singh Solanki, the senior city planner of Hisar, and Mann will swap their posts, in response to the division’s order.
